In times of volatility, uncertainty and ever-changing food safety standards, it is imperative for industry leaders, international spice associations, policy makers and end-users to arrive at measures that seek to address the food safety concerns and supply-demand imbalances of our spice industry. The necessity to ensure sustainability of our spice crops and improve the livelihood of millions of farmers who make spices available through their hard work has urged AISEF to work towards addressing these issues.
The All India Spices Exporters Forum (AISEF) and the entire Spices Fraternity of India invite you to the third International Spice Conference to be held in Jaipur, the Pink City of India, from February 4 to 7, 2018, at one of the finest addresses in Jaipur – Crowne Plaza. The venue is just a short drive from the city’s heritage sites – Amer Fort, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal and Jal Mahal.
The conference will start on a Sunday, February 4, with an inaugural session followed by a welcome dinner. On the following two days, February 5 and 6, there will be half-day sessions on Transformation and Collaboration respectively. This year ISC has introduced the new format to facilitate more time for professional networking. On the last day, February 7, there will be a full-day session on Crops & Markets followed by a themed dinner. All the sessions will be handled by eminent speakers in the industry. The conference will also offer optional side trips like business tours to spice growing areas, sightseeing trip to Agra, and an opportunity to watch a Polo match, to add some spice to the entire event.
