Mr. Roger Clarke has been involved in the Spice Industry for almost 40 years. Trained as an analytical chemist he has held production, senior management and a variety of technical positions, in companies with multi-national experience. Past present and technical chairman of both the American Spice trade association and the European spice Trade Association.
Having travelled to over 65 countries he has a wide experience within our industry and brings a knowledge on food safety program development from the past, present and future.
