ISC 2026 Sustainability Awards: Spice 360 – Getting Future Ready

The spice industry is built on heritage, land, and people. To secure its future, we must embrace sustainability as more than a trend — as a way of life.
The ISC 2026 Sustainability Awards aims to recognize outstanding initiatives demonstrating sustainable practices within the spice industry.
Participants are invited to submit detailed case studies showcasing their commitment to sustainability.
The selection will be based on the following criteria:
The ISC 2026 Sustainability Award recognises companies that lead this transformation. Those who not only talk about responsibility but prove it — with projects that protect the planet, improve livelihoods, and show the world that the spice sector can be a model for sustainable growth. The ISC 2026 Sustainability Awards recognise implemented projects within the global spice industry that achieve measurable, verified improvements in environmental and social performance. The awards spotlight scalable models that demonstrate how spice supply chains can become more sustainable, resilient, and future-ready.Participants are invited to submit detailed case studies showcasing their commitment to sustainability. The selection will be based on the following criteria:
Process Overview
- Applications (Dec–Jan): Companies submit one project each, supported by third-party verification.
- Jury Evaluation (Feb): Independent experts assess eligible entries across five criteria:
- Environmental Stewardship
- Social Responsibility
- Scalability & Replication
- Innovation & Technology
- Partnership & Collaboration
- Finalists: Top three scoring entries are showcased at ISC 2026 in Cochin.
- Delegate Voting: Delegates review the displayed finalist projects and vote (via QR code).
Weighting
Final Score = 90% Jury + 10% Delegate votes.
