Highlights of ISC 2026

The ninth edition of the International Spice Conference (ISC 2026) concluded successfully, reinforcing its position as a leading global platform for the spice industry. Held from February 23 to 26, 2026 at Le Méridien, Cochin, Kerala, this year’s theme “Spice 360: Getting Future Ready” focused on building a resilient, innovative and future-ready spice ecosystem through collaboration, sustainability and technological advancement.

ISC 2026 brought together 1,000+ delegates from over 60 countries, along with 50+ global speakers and 60+ exhibitors, creating a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange and business engagement.
